Hotel Room Block Sold Out

At the present the room block at the $104+tax rate can no longer be guaranteed due to the possibility of the block being filled.

You may be able to still make reservations at the hotel.

Some alternatives might be to search online for the best rate and location. Here are a few options noting distance from the convention site with pricing as of January 27, 2010.

Hospitality Needs Your Help

The Hospitality Subcommittee is requesting volunteers for the hospitality suite. They need help for the following slots:

  • Friday, Februray 19, from 5:00pm-11:00pm
  • Saturday, Februray 20, 8:00am-11:00pm

You can help out at the convention.

It is not necessary to be registered for the convention to help out, but it is necessary to become a Site Member to use the volunteer form. We do this to protect our server from spam and it allows us the ability to contact you.

Simply become a Member on the site, login and choose the "Volunteer At The Convention" link on your User Menu.

You can purchase pre-registration for the convention as well as special edition t-shirts and mugs reserved only for preregistrants.

Once an online registration is made you can come back at anytime prior to February 6th, 2010 and make additions to your registration package.
